Site Based Athletic Coordinator

• Assist with communication and planning of athletic events.
• Keeps abreast of rules and District/league requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment of athletic coaches.
• Coordinates with school site staff regarding any changes to schedules
• Coordinates athletic event set up.
• Inventories, issues and receives athletic equipment to/from Coaches.
• Establishes and secures storage of athletic equipment separately to be used for athletics.
• Conduct athletic parent meetings with coaches
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director and/or the site Principal
